Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Salat Lock ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
- Accurate Islamic prayer times based on your location
- Prayer notifications and reminders
- Qibla direction compass
- App blocking features during prayer times (Premium feature)
- Prayer tracking and statistics
User Accounts
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
Account Security
- Keep your password confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
Subscription and Payments
Premium Features
- Monthly or annual subscription options
- Pricing is displayed in the app before purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
Billing
- Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain premium access until the end of the paid period
User Conduct
You agree NOT to: use the App for any illegal purpose, attempt to hack or reverse engineer, share account credentials, use automated systems to access the App, or interfere with other users' use.
Location Services
Prayer times require location access for accuracy. You can deny location access, but prayer times may be inaccurate. Location data is used only for prayer time calculations.
App Blocker Feature
The app blocker feature is provided "as is". We are not responsible if the feature fails to block apps. The feature requires specific device permissions and effectiveness may vary by device and OS version.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality are owned by Galsenboy. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App. Trademarks and logos are property of their respective owners.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Prayer times are calculated based on standard methods but may vary. We are not responsible for any damages from app use.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the App in a way that causes harm.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law and applicable international treaties.
Religious Accuracy
Calculations use standard Islamic methods. Local mosque times may vary. We recommend verifying with your local Islamic authority. We are not responsible for prayer time discrepancies.
